Below you can see a full list of our LVC School Policies. We hope your time with us will be safe, fun and that you will learn a lot!
At LVC we take your safety very seriously. We believe that every student should feel safe while studying with us. Furthermore, believe every student should be treated with respect, dignity, and courtesy. In this sense, the age, race, religion or gender of the person does matter. To us, all people are people.
That is why at LVC we do not tolerate rude, aggressive or abusive behaviour. Neither our staff nor our students should experience negative behaviour of any kind.
Therefore, if you feel that you that anybody at LVC is abusing you, please tell us straight away. This is true if you feel another student has acted abusively to you, or a teacher. We want you to feel safe and cared for at LVC, so as soon as you tell us your concern, we will investigate it.
You can speak to our Safeguarding Officer, the Academic Manager or the Academic Support Officer. It is easy to find their details because they are on the wall in your classroom. As a matter of fact, this info is also in your Student Handbook.
Although we hope your time with us is a happy one and that you will learn many things, sometimes problems happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your course, your teacher or any other aspect of the school, please tell us. You can talk to our friendly reception staff and they will listen to your problem or complaint.
The LVC London School of English Student Handbook is full of useful information, including travel tips and emergency phone numbers.
